[Chapter Sixteen: Guild SOP]

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are established methods of operations or “way of doing things” within the guild. Every member should act accordingly without having to be told to do so. The following is a continually growing list of SOPs:

1. Show up 5 mins early to any meeting you attend. Showing up late is unacceptable and is a waste of everyone's time.


2. If possible always Identify yourself on communication mediums with “FoE” to the Right over your name. Example is, “MyName FoE”. If the greater/less-than symbols are not allowed, members should utilize brackets, “MyName [FoE]”.


3. If a member is a PR they should have “FoEPR” to the right of their name.


4. Always have consumables on hand for what ever event you will be doing.


5. When conducting a guild/group event or asking for help always be on TeamSpeak.
