Joining Fist of the Empire Potential Recruit (FoEPR) is the first step towards becoming a member in Fist of the Empire (FoE). The performance based Potential Recruit (PR) process can last anywhere from four to eight weeks and provides an excellent opportunity for prospective members to evaluate the guild and it's leadership. Throughout the process PRs are expected to learn about the guild, how it opperates, and who their leadership chain is. PRs are required to support the goals and directives of FoE Leadership, individual members of FoE and PR brethren.

Qualities such as reliability, competency, maturity, generosity, leadership, dependability, and above all else loyalty are measured on an ongoing basis and recorded in the PR's file. An outstanding PR file will likely result in induction to FoE. The PR process is designed to reward players that are willing to follow instructions, give freely of their time and abilities, and conduct themselves professionally and fraternally. PRs that do not adhere to those tenets will be removed from PR.

FoE is founded on PvP and respects all aspects of gameplay. All professions/classes are welcomed to join. To become a member of PR please do the following:

1. Register at fistoftheempire.com
2. Read the ToS and Privacy Statement
3. Install Ventrilo (a free VoIP client)
4. Ensure you meet our faction critera.
5. Fill out an application by clicking on the "Application" tab in your user profile and answering all the questions thoroughly.
6. Optional - Place a post in the recruitment forums (moderated)
7. Optional - It is encouraged for PRs to sign up for at Guild Network and support our community blog
